I am pleased that you had a positive experience at the Polyclinic in Cala Millor. The care given to our sick daughter was exceptional. The medical team was very empathetic and competent and the facility was clean and well equipped. We felt that we were in good hands and the treatment was effective. I was there for an ear infection. The doctors are very nice and speak Spanish. Very nice receptionists speak German and translate everything. I was prescribed medication and told to come back the next day. My ear was rinsed and that helped a lot. I paid EUR 110 for the first appointment (Sunday) and EUR 60 for the second, so a total of EUR 170. The statutory health insurance reimbursed me around EUR 65 of this. I therefore think the prices are completely overpriced. The international health insurance covered the rest.

We were very satisfied here. The treatment was good and the doctor's assistant helped with the translation with the doctor (Spanish / German). It wasn't exactly cheap, but that's why you have international health insurance. Everyone was nice and friendly to us. Thanks.
